Age 73, New London, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2010, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton.
Diane was born on November 1, 1936, in Weyauwega daughter of the late Leonard and Ruth (Mittelstadt) Behm. She was a lifetime member of St. Patrick’s Catholic church, Lebanon and also a member of the Altar Society. She was united in marriage to John Hogan on April 4, 1959, in Lebanon. Together they ran the family farm in Lebanon for her entire married life. Diane loved gardening, making wood, shopping, and attending her grandkids sporting events. She is survived by her husband, John, daughter, Kelly (Wade) Evans, New London; son, Mike (Lisa) Hogan, New London; brother, Jerry (Nancy) Behm, Hortonville; sisters, Barb (Alvin) Bishop, Pella and Joyce (Ralph) Allen, Fredonia. Five grandchildren: Jodi (fiance Jason Fiane), Jamie, Jess, Marissa and Mikayla and two great grandchildren, Quinn and Laine. She is further survived by special friends, Jacque Belland and Kim Fassbender, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends and also her pet cat, Paige. Her parents and a sister, Gertrude Olson preceded her in death. Funeral Mass for Diane was held on Friday, August 27, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Lebanon with Rev. Msgr. Dennis Lally officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends called at the Cline & Hanson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 26, 2010, from 4-7 p.m. a 6:30 prayer service will be held. Friends may also call at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
