EMBARRASS – The Waupaca County Highway Department began reconstructing CTH Y (High Street) from Main Street to CTH C in the Village of Embarrass on Monday, Sept. 13. The project should be completed by the end of November.
This portion of CTH Y will be closed throughout the project. The official detour begins at CTH “Y” to STH 156 to STH 22 and back to CTH Y.
The highway department realizes this project may cause some inconvenience, but cooperation and understanding from motorists would be greatly appreciated.
