CROP Walk raises over $3,500

CLINTONVILLE – The 24th annual Clintonville and Marion Community CROP Hunger Walk was held in Clintonville this past Sunday, Sept. 26 with the startng point at Christus Lutheran Church. A total of 77 walkers have raised so far $3,563.69 for the fight against hunger. Of that amount, 25 percent benefits the Clintonville-Marion Food Pantry.

The “Golden Walking Shoe,” a travelling trophy, was awarded to Christus Church with 63 walkers.

The lucky winner of the autographed Packer Football was Allison Johnson.

The Christus Youth were the receipients of the free pizza party raising the most in donations. They will celebrate with a pizza party at a date of their choice.
