WEYAUWEGA – Wega Arts is holding its annual calendar class this month at the George Gerold Opera House.
The class is open to those in third through sixth grade and will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, 23 and 30, at the opera house.
The cost for the three-session class is $12. M&I Bank is the sponsor of the calendar.
The first session on Oct. 16 will include a trip to Animal Haven Zoo, just outside of Weyauwega, where students will draw pictures of animals.
There is no admission fee that day for the students who are in the calendar class.
The other two sessions will be held in the downstairs of the opera house.
