Dorothy A. Reetz, age 90, New London, passed away on Tuesday, November 02, 2010. Dorothy was born on October 15, 1920, in Rockford, IL, daughter of the late Beauford and Zella Dicks. She was united in marriage to Alvin “Pat” Reetz on July 2, 1960, in New London. He preceded her in death in 1988. Dorothy formerly worked at Quality Markets, Elmer’s Grocery Store, Hortonville Toy Factory and Standard Koltzman in Oshkosh. She enjoyed gardening, camping at Mayflower Lake, and being with her friends. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in New London and their Women’s Circle. Dorothy is survived by sons, Charles (Donna) Clary, and Fred (Diane) Clary, both of New London; 9 grandchildren, Lori (Mark) Reierson, Manawa; Lisa (Matt) Foate, Hortonville; Lynn (Troy) Henrickson, Hortonville; Lee (Dawn) Clary, Bear Creeek; Lance (Dawn) Clary, East Bethel, MN; Brian Clary, Chetek; Mike (Christine) Clary, Greenville; Patrick Clary and friend Alana Newman, Shawano and William (JoAnna) Clary, Turtle Lake; thirteen great grandchildren: Ivie, Skylar, Tarron, Abbeygale, Ayden, Tyler, Alissa, Casey, Jeremy, Joshua, Justin, Robert and Brady. She is further survived by two sisters-in-laws, Ruth and Ione Reetz, both of Clintonville She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Charles Clary in 1957, second husband, Alvin Reetz and a brother, Donald. Funeral Services for Dorothy were held on Thursday, November 4, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, New London with Rev. Bil Sutlief officiating. Burial was in the Floral Hill Cemetery. Visitation was held at the church Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
