Klein launches “Fill The Truck” holiday giving effort

In the spirit of holiday giving and in conjunction with Chevy’s Giving More campaign, Klein has partnered with Clintonville Goodfellows as a drop off location for toys and non-perishable food items.

Anyone interested in donating new unwrapped toys and non perishable food items can place them in the back of a new Chevy pickup truck located in Klein’s showroom. To encourage neighbors to join in and donate, Klein will donate $100 to Goodfellows each time the tuck is filled with items through December 10.

“We are exited to be involved and doing our part helping families in Clintonville and the surrounding areas. The Goodfellows organization serves people in need, strengthens families and will make the holiday season a little brighter for people in need, and it’s a real joy to be associated with this community effort,” said John Klein, General Manager of Klein GM Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Clintonville.

Goodfellows is a local non profit organization that began in 1950 by a FWD executive to help people in need throughout the Clintonville area during the holiday season.

“We would like to see the truck fill over and over again, and make this a huge success in order to help families in a tough spot this holiday season” said Klein.

Klein is located at 162 S. Main St. in Clintonville and are open Monday and Thursday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Saturdays from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
