Garden photography and hand-woven basketry will be featured in an upcoming exhibit at the Waupaca Area Public Library.
The garden photography will be on display Monday, Nov. 22, with the basketry portion of the exhibit opening Saturday, Nov. 27. The last day of the exhibit will be Dec. 31.
The baskets featured in the exhibit will be from the Wolf River Basketry Guild. The guild began in 1993 and has 90 members.
The guild will display a collection of their hand-crafted baskets surrounded by local garden photography.
A few pieces of slip design pottery created with floral photos will also be in the display.
Photographers participating in the exhibit are Bruce Hendrickson, Joy Anne Hendrickson – slip designs her husband’s photos onto clay pieces, Bryon Nelson, Edward Longtine, Erin Towne, Jan Mahoney, Dr. John Brown, Judy Johnson, Linda Alfuth and Randy Rosenberger.
