Bucholtz, June

June Bucholtz, age 93, New London, died on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. June was born on June 17, 1917, in Royalton, daughter of the late Thomas and Lila (Marcey) Hobbs. Her first marriage to Earl Roberts ended. In November of 1948, she was married to Arnold Bucholtz, he preceded her in death in 1970. June worked at Hamilton Canning Factory for 33 years and at the Hortonville Toy Factory for 17 years. She is survived by her son, Dale (Patty) Roberts, New London; three sisters, Janet Stiebs, New London; Lois Mathewson, New London and Eula Edler, Milwaukee; two grandchildren, Jeffrey (Julie) Roberts, New London and David (Becky) Roberts, Weyauwega. She is further survived by three great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Ina Huebner and Lorraine Handschke and two brothers, Calvin and Robert Hobbs. Funeral services for June were held on Saturday, November 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London with Rev. Brian Hennig officiating. Interment was in the Northport Ostrander Cemetery. Visitation was held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
