Judge Philip Kirk placed Andrew L. Tessen, 22, Manawa, on 18 months’ probation, assessed him $225 in fines and court costs, and ordered him to spend seven days in jail as a condition of probation. Tessen was convicted of felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

?Judge Kirk placed Kyle T. Wagner, 19, Waupaca, on two years’ probation, assessed him $210 and ordered him to write a letter of apology to the victim. Wagner was convicted of misdemeanor theft, retail theft and resisting an officer. Charges of escape from arrest, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent and two felony counts of burglary were dismissed but read into the record.

?Judge Raymond Huber ordered Gary L. Jensen, 57, Waupaca, to pay $1,086 in fines and court costs after accepting his pleas of no contest to three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Three counts of felon in possession of a firearm were dismissed but read into the record.

?Judge Huber sentenced Dennis W. Mata-Gonzalez, 26, Green Lake County jail, to 30 days in jail and assessed him $243 in fines and court costs. Mata-Gonzalez pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor battery after the original felony charge of battery to a prisoner was amended.

?Judge John Hoffmann sentenced Shawn A. Kreibich, 43, Waupaca, to 120 days in jail for disorderly conduct, battery and misdemeanor bail jumping. Hoffmann also ordered Kreibich to pay $800 in fines and court costs, and ordered that Kreibich’s sentence begin after he finishes the 175 days in jail he is currently serving for a fourth drunken driving offense.

?Judge Kirk sentenced Matthew A. Locadio Alquinzon, 26, Waupaca, to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision for a felony battery conviction resulting from a March 30, 2010, incident. The judge ordered Locadio Alquinzon to spend an additional year in state prison and one year of extended supervision for a felony battery conviction resulting from a July 22, 2010, incident. Kirk also ordered him to pay more than $10,700 in restitution and court costs.

?Judge Hoffmann ordered Jose E. Sanabria Jr., 34, Embarrass, to spend six months in jail, pay $2,880 in fines and court costs, and revoked his license for 36 months after convicting him of a fifth drunken driving offense.

?Judge Kirk ordered Roy L. Harvel, 39, New London to pay $1,196 in fines and court costs, Harvel was convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of a sawed-off shotgun and disorderly conduct were dismissed but read into the record.
