Tri-County 4-H Meeting News

The meeting was called to order at 7p.m. by President Cody Borsche. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Lane Nett. The 4-H Pledge was Lead by Cody Borsche. Roll Call was taken. Lane Nett, Eli Nett and Cody Borsche were in attendance. The Secretaries report was read and approved. There was no Treasurer’s report. Old Business: We talked about Caroling in December to the elderly and area Nursing Homes. The residents were very appreciative that we came. We talked about the sledding party held in January at the DeCoster’s. Afterwards we had Hot Chocolate and played K-Nex inside. New Business: Mark your calendars: Super Saturday is February 26, 2011. Small Market Animal Mandatory meetings are coming up in March. There is a Small Animal Show on April 14, 2011, at the Waupaca County Fair Grounds. We again voted to help out at the annual Turkey Dinner Fremont EMT/Fire Station Benefit on February 26, 2011 from approximately 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Members and Parents are needed for this. For the March Activity, the parents are looking into the cost of going rollerskating. The Nett boys talked about going ice fishing. The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Submitted by Cian Fischer.
