Terry L. Blank, of Waupaca, age 51, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2011 at University Hospital in Madison. He was born in Neenah on August 25, 1959 to LeeRoy and Nancy (Hoerning) Blank. On September 23, 1995 he married Jackie Kainz. Terry was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Waupaca. He was a lifetime member of White Tails Unlimited and Fisherman’s Club Unlimited. Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, golfing, vacationing with family and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his wife: Jackie; children: Sara (Peter) Rajkowski of Waupaca; LeeRoy (fiancee: Ellen) Blank of Waupaca; Tabitha (Zach) Klatt of Manawa; Kari (Erik) Gay of Sault St. Marie, MI; Anthony “Tony” Thorn of St. Cloud, MN; grandchildren, who called him Papa: Kaela, Chloe, Tobin and Sabastian Rajkowski, Anna Blank, Austin Feldt, Marilyn and Lilian Klatt, and Ethan Gay; parents; LeeRoy and Nancy Blank of Waupaca; sisters: Bonnie (Tom) Schneider and Becky Mach both of Waupaca; favorite mother-in-law: Betty of Waupaca; sister-in-law: Geri (Chuck) Mayotte of East Troy; special friends “brothers”: Todd, Jeff and Troy, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law: John Kainz.

The Memorial Service will be on Saturday, June 11, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. The visitation will be on Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established. The family would like to thank the UW Hospital TLC Unit for their care.
