Royola Holsteins to host meeting

Royola Holsteins, owned and operated by Tom and Sharie Anderson and Justin Hintz, will host the Waupaca-Waushara Holstein Twilight Meeting, at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, at their farm, located at E4898 County Road OO, Ogdensburg.

The event will feature a hog roast, judging, door prizes and a silent auction, with proceeds going toward the 2012 Wisconsin Holstein Convention, as the Waupaca/Waushara Holstein Association is sponsoring the convention. The meeting will conclude with a DJ/Karaoke getting underway at 8:30 p.m.

Anderson’s Royola was established in 1949 by the late Andrew (Andy) and Jeanette Anderson, Tom’s parents. Tom and Sharie purchased the family farm in 1976; partner Justin Hintz joined the Royola family in 1998.
