Kevin Kane will speak on the Affordable Care Act at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 28, at the lower level of the Waupaca Area Public Library.
Kane is with the Citizen Action’s Speakers Bureau. He will explain what the law means to families in Waupaca County and how it ends denials of coverage based on preexisting conditions.
