Thorne, Jennifer J.

Jennifer J. Thorne, age 45, of Waupaca, formerly of Iola and Scandinavia, died Saturday, January 7th, 2012. She was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on June 9, 1966. Jennifer graduated from Iola-Scandinavia High School in 1984. She was a beautician and owned and operated the Hair House in King. She truly loved her dogs, Sophie and Abby and was an avid Packer and sports enthusiast. She is survived by her parents, Jim and Lonnie (nee: Nikolich) Jenson of Iola; sister, Lauren M. (Mark) Borth of Iola; nephew, Aaron Borth of Iola; niece, Kelsey Borth of Iola; aunts, Belle (Chuck) Mosser of Melbourne, Florida and Barb Jenson of Waupaca; cousin, Nicole Perkins of Melbourne, Florida. She is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, June Ambacher and Lyman and Rosella Jenson. The Funeral Service will be held at Scandinavia Lutheran Church in Scandinavia at 11:00 AM today, Thursday, January 12th, with Reverend Mark E. Sabin officiating. Visitation was held Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Voie Funeral Home in Iola and also on Thursday at the church, 1-hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in the Scandinavia Lutheran Cemetery.
