The Friends of Mirror and Shadow Lakes will hold a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the Holly History and Genealogy Center, to review the final draft of the Mirror and Shadow Lakes Management Plan.
The management plan was created over a span of six months by a committee of citizens, members of the Friends of Mirror and Shadow Lakes group, city officials and professionals.
The management plan contains background information, at least one measureable goal, objectives and management actions for five different chapters including water quality and land use, fisheries and recreation, aquatic plants and invasive species, shorelands and communication.
The committee, professionals and interested citizens will spend the March 6 meeting reviewing the material in the lake management plan.

Interested citizens are encouraged to participate in the Mirror and Shadow Lakes management planning process.
