Kaminske, Audrey

Audrey Lee Kaminske, age 80, of Waupaca, went Home to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 1, 2012 with her family at her side at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca. She was born in Milwaukee on September 22, 1931, daughter of the late Athen and Amanda (Gregorious) Thom. On June 8, 1956 she was united in marriage to Herbert Herman Kaminske. Audrey was a member of St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega, where she was an active choir member for many years. She was also involved with the Homemakers and Tops Clubs. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Herbert; daughter, Cindy (Duane) Sager, Weyauwega; son, Leroy (Jeanne) Kaminske, Waupaca; four grandchildren: Betsy, Braden, Evan and Adam Kaminske; sister, Annette (Donald) Jepson, Manawa. She is further survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. The Christian Funeral that celebrated Audrey’s life was held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega, with Rev. Robbin Robbert and Rev. Dennis Lemke officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega. Friends called at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Audrey’s family extends heartfelt gratitude for the loving care she received from the staff at Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca.
