This is in response to George Lorenz’s comment of Feb. 23, “Let God, not the GOP, judge if personal reproductive choices are right or wrong.” The Almighty has already spoken in His Word.
Deuteronomy 30:19: “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both you and your seed may live.”
Proverbs 6:16-17 states, “These six things the Lord does hate… (the last of the six) hands that shed innocent blood.” Enough said for abortionists and those who pressure the young preteens, teens and women to kill their unborn because it’s legal. God hates their hands. Isaiah 10:1″ Woe unto those that decree unrighteous decrees.” A rotten example is Roe v. Wade.
In Genesis 4:8, Cain just killed his brother Abel. In verse 10 God asks Cain, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying out to me from the ground.” I wonder what the blood of 54 million precious innocent unborn – created in the image of God and slaughtered on the altar of convenience – made possible by unrighteous decrees made by unrighteous legislators – sounds like to God.
As a retired registered nurse and having been blessed to be present at the miracle of birth of babies in my training – besides my own three sons, it makes me sick to my gut to realize this wretched practice. We are murdering our own citizens – because it is legal. Thou shalt not kill. Yes, God has spoken. Amen.
