The Waupaca County Fair invites all area youth groups to participate in a billboard contest.
The youth group will design, paint and display their bill board in their local community. Torborgs Lumber will provide one 4-foot by 8-foot sheet of plywood to each participating group.
The top three billboards will be displayed at the Waupaca County Fair.
