? Judge Raymond Huber sentenced Daniel E. Diedrich, 50, Waupaca, to three years in state prison and two years of extended supervision.

Diedrich was convicted of a seventh drunken driving offense.

Huber also revoked Diedrich’s license for three years, ordered him to install an ignition interlock for two years and to pay $5,429 in restitution for the damage he caused in a crash involving another vehicle.

? Judge Philip Kirk sentenced William E. Davison Jr., 19, Clintonville, to a total of five years in state prison and 10 years of extended supervision.

Davison, who was charged in 10 separate felony cases between January 2011 and January 2012, was convicted of three counts of sexual assault of a child, battery to an officer and felony bail jumping. Numerous other charges, including eight counts of sexual assault of a child, were dismissed and read into the court record.

? Huber sentenced Eric D. Doughty, 19, New London, to three years in state prison and two years of extended supervision.

Doughty was convicted of auto theft for a Sept. 9, 2011 offense; convicted of battery for an Oct. 30, 2011 offense; and convicted of witness intimidation for a Nov. 12, 2011 offense. Charges of resisting an officer, felony bail jumping, criminal damage to property, theft and disorderly conduct were dismissed and read into the record.

? Judge Hoffmann placed Daniel P. Pingel, 52, Clintonville, on two years probation and sentenced him to six months in jail, revoked his license for three years and assessed him $3,705 in fines and court costs.

Pingel was convicted of a fourth drunken driving offense and of two counts of obstructing an officer.

? Kirk placed Tara J. Dalrymple, 32, Waushara County Jail, on 18 months probation.

Dalrymple was convicted of retail theft. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed.

? Hoffmann sentenced Joy L. Taylor, 49, Fremont, to nine months in jail, revoked her license for three years, ordered her to serve 200 hours community service and assessed her $4,070.

Taylor was convicted of a fifth drunken driving offense.

? Kirk placed Michael D. Stern, 20, new London, on two years probation, sentenced him to six months in jail, 90 days of which were stayed, and assessed him $1,232.

Stern was convicted of reckless driving causing injury.

? Hoffmann sentenced Daniel R. Wetzel Jr., 26, Waupaca, to one year in jail.

Wetzel was convicted of delivery of psilocin and delivery of narcotics. An amphetamines charge was dismissed and read into the record.

? Kirk sentenced Steven M. Pomerenke, 45, Waupaca, to nine months in jail, revoked his license for 36 months and assessed him $3,786.

Pomerenke was convicted of a fifth drunken driving offense.

? Kirk placed Jeffrey H. Sieracki, 36, Waupaca, on one year of probation and ordered him to serve 30 days in jail and perform 40 hours of community service.

Sieracki was convicted of battery and disorderly conduct. A felony child abuse charge was dismissed but read into the record.
