Gray, William Arthur

William Arthur Gray, age 66, of Iola, died Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah. William was born in Madison, Wisconsin on September 11, 1946, the son of the late Arthur William and Anna (Komboukous) Gray. Bill married Barbara Hanson on May 20, 1967 in Michigan. William enjoyed bowling, shooting darts, throwing horseshoes, going to his grandchildren’s activities, fishing and riding his Harley. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Gray of Iola; children: Timothy Gray of Big Falls, William (Patricia) Gray of Manawa, Tammy (Mark) Wagner of Plainfield, Christopher (Velesa) Gray of Waupaca, Charles (Beth Chady) Gray of Iola, Amanda (Mike Kempka) Gray of Iola, Michael (Holly) Gray of Manawa; brothers: Stanley (Sandy) Gray of Kansas, Donald (Linda) Gray of Indiana, Douglas (Wilma) Gray of Ohio, Louis Gray of Madison, Theodore (Sandy) Gray of Weyauwega; sisters: Liz Choe of Fond du Lac and Minnie (David) Matte of Portage. William is also survived by 12 grandchildren along with other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Delbert Hanson. Memorial gathering of family and friends will be held at Big Falls Tavern in Big Falls on Saturday, October 20th at 12 noon with a ride to follow.
