Sharon Brauer earned the Clintonville Area Foundation’s Community Hero Award this year, and pledged to donate the $2,000 grant she received to area emergency organizations.
On Tuesday, Dec. 18, she presented a $1,000 donation to the Clintonville Firemen’s Association. The money will be used for equipment, training, and the organization’s building fund.
Brauer will also donate $500 to the Bear Creek First Responders and $500 to the Clintonville Area Ambulance Service.
