Herbert H. Kaminske, age 79, Town of Waupaca, died unexpectedly at his home on Monday, December 31, 2012.
He was born on April 10, 1933, son of the late Otto and Hulda (Schulke) Kaminske. On June 8, 1956 he was united in marriage to Audrey Thom. She preceded him in death on March 1, 2012. Herb farmed all of his life in the Town of Waupaca. He loved playing cards and gardening. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Weyauwega.
Survivors include: his daughter, Cindy (Duane) Sager, Weyauwega; son, Leroy (Jeanne) Kaminske, Waupaca; four grandchildren: Betsy, Braden, Evan and Adam Kaminske; great-granddaughter Mataleigh; sister Edna Hansen; sisters-in-law: Annette (Donald) Jepson, Manawa; Grace Kaminske, Weyauwega; and brother-in-law Tony Resch, Weyauwega. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Albert, Arnold, Karl and Emil Kaminske; also sister, Frieda Resch. T
he Christian Funeral that will celebrate Herb’s life will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church in Weyauwega, with Rev. Dennis Lemke and Rev. Newlin Schafer officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Weyauwega. A visitation for Herb will be held directly at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. The Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Weyauwega is serving the family.
