More criminal charges filed against Wohlrabe

Jesse J. Wohlrabe, 26, Readfield, was charged Jan. 25 with three counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of theft and one count of burglary.

On Nov. 30, 2011, Wohlrabe was charged with burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

He was released on a $2,000 signature bond.

On Nov. 6, 2012, Wohlrabe entered a plea of no contest to burglary, and all other counts were dismissed but read into the court record for sentencing purposes.

He was scheduled for sentencing on Jan. 18, 2013.

His hearing was then rescheduled for Feb. 6.

The bond remains in effect.

On Dec. 28, 2011, Wohlrabe was charged with burglary, theft, negligent operation of a vehicle and six counts of bail jumping.

A $2,500 cash bond was set as a condition of his release.

On Jan. 3, 2012, the cash bond was amended to a $2,500 signature bond.

On Nov. 6, 2012, all charges were dismissed but read into the record for sentencing purposes.

On April 12, 2012, Wohlrabe was charged with 10 counts of forgery uttering.

He failed to make his first court appearance, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

He appeared in court on May 29, 2012, and a $500 cash bond was set.

On Nov. 6, 2012, Wohlrabe entered a plea of no contest to one count of forgery uttering.

All other charges were dismissed and read into the record.

On Dec. 25, 2012, a man living on Seefeldt Road in the town of Caledonia reported someone broke into his garage and stole his ATV.

The 2006 Yamaha ATV was camou-colored and had a yellow plow on it.

Other items were also missing from the man’s house.

On Jan. 7, Waupaca County Sheriff’s Deputy Tim Myers, who was investigating the case, spoke with a man, who said he saw Wohlrabe with the stolen ATV.

Myers subsequently learned Wohlrabe had traded the ATV for a used car and $500 in cash, the complaint says.

Wohlrabe is currently being held in custody on a $5,000 cash bond stemming from multiple criminal charges tht were filed on Jan. 2.
