Award-winning crew

Waupaca County Industries (WCI) in Manawa received the 2012 Inspector’s Award from the Department of Transportation on Jan. 24. WCI maintains Waupaca County’s rest areas. The award is given for consistently high standards in janitorial, maintenance and landscaping services, for responsiveness to inspector’s corrective requests and for overall positive team attitude. The DOT initiated the award originated in 2008 and the WCI has received it twice.
