Seminar on identity theft, fraud

The Clintonville Police Department will host a seminar on identity theft and fraud from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26

During the free seminar, officers will discuss the types of fraudulent transactions and identity theft that they have encountered in the community.

The department plans to host seminars quarterly to raise awareness and help prevent residents from falling victim to these and other crimes.

The seminar will be held at the Clintonville Community Center, 30 S. Main Street, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the seminar beginning at 7 p.m.
