Power outages in Waupaca

The wintry mix overnight has left about 7,000 WPS customers without power

aupaca was among the hardest hit area. Nearly 1,900 local WPS customers are without power as of 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

In Oshkosh, there are 3,300 customers out and numerous broken poles.

All told, there are 270 separate outages. Restoration times are unpredictable, but in Oshkosh, due to the broken poles, it will be difficult to get all customers restored today, according to Wisconsin Public Service.
