Janice M. Fritz-Newberry of Baraboo, formerly of Wild Rose, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, after a three year battle with breast cancer, at her home, surrounded by her family.
She was born in Fond du Lac on November 16, 1977 to Ronald Fritz and Diann Schneider. Janice enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking at Devils Lake and especially time spent with family. She loved sitting around a campfire with family and making pudgy pies.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Brianna and Madeline Kaehn both of Baraboo; husband, Jeremiah Newberry and his son Logan of Baraboo; parents, Ronald Fritz of Wautoma; mother, Diann (Perry) Drmolka of Wild Rose; sister, Tanya Robinson and her children, Christopher, Taneisha and Fonteisha of Waupaca; step brothers: Justin (Brooke) Drmolka and their children, Macy, Colton and Kaylee of Waupaca; and Michael (fiancee Renee) Drmolka of Berlin; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tammy and her grandparents.
The Funeral Service will be on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Maple Crest Funeral Home of Waupaca. The visitation will be on Friday at the funeral home from 4 until 8 pm and again on Saturday from 10 am until the time of the service. Burial will be in Greenvale Cemetery in Wild Rose.
