Waupaca County drunken driving convictions Oct. 24

The following people were convicted of drinking and driving offenses in Waupaca County Circuit Court.

• Cheryl A. Evenson, 53, Waupaca, was sentenced to 80 days in jail of which 60 days were stayed under the Safe Streets Treatment Options Program, assessed $1,711 in fines and court costs and her license revoked for 27 months for a third offense.

Evenson was also sentenced Sept. 26 for second and first drunken driving offenses. For the second offense, she was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 53 days stayed under SSTOP, assessed $1,522 and revoked 15 months. For the first offense, she was assessed $871 and revoked nine months.

• Daniel F. Lemke Jr., 43, New London, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,235, revoked 36 months for a fourth offense.

• Scott D. Schuessler, 48, New London, was sentenced to 140 days in jail with 105 days stayed under SSTOP, assessed $2,979 and revoked 33 months for a third offense.

• Brian A. Merkel, 23, Oshkosh, 60 days in jail, assessed $1,592, revoked 15 months for a second offense.

• John R. Guerin, 47, Clintonville, 60 days in jail with 53 days stayed under SSTOP, assessed $1,592, revoked 15 months for a second offense.

• John A. Mapes Jr., 48, Weyauwega, assessed $1,040, revoked nine months.

• Kenneth R. Dayton, 54, Waupaca, assessed $828, revoked seven months.

• Kassidy J. Karch, 23, Iola, assessed $909, revoked eight months.

• Jamie Lee Johnson, 20, Clintonville, assessed $909, revoked eight months.

• Ruben Contreras, 42, Appleton, assessed $972, revoked nine months.

• Norbeto Martinez, 25, Seymour, assessed $972, revoked nine months.

• Kurt D. Engle, 52, Waupaca, assessed $908, revoked eight months.
