David R. Rodriguez, 48, Waupaca, was charged with one count of delivery of narcotics and one count of delivery of a controlled substance.
According to the criminal complaint, Rodriguez sold 10 tablets of Percocet for $100 to a police informant on Jan. 4. He allegedly sold five Vicodin tablets to the same informant for $50 on March 29.
Rodriguez faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of the narcotics charge.
