Jonathan M. Procknow, age 24, New London died on Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
He was born on August 16, 1989, in New London son of Steven Wilz II and the late Laura Procknow. He enjoyed hunting with his family and going up north with his friends. Jon always had a smile, kind heart and was willing to help anyone.
He is survived by his father, Steven (Michelle) Wilz, New London; paternal grandparents, Steven (Connie) Wilz, New London; maternal grandfather, Robert Procknow; paternal great grandparents, Eugene (Laverne) Niemuth, New London; brothers, Joseph Linberg, Jack Linberg and Austyn Wilz all of New London. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is preceded in death by his mother and Uncle Eric Wilz.
Funeral services for Jon will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home, New London with Rev. Greg Watling officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 p.m. and also on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery Readfield.
