United Way campaign aims to raise $32,000

The United Way of Clintonville has begun this year’s campaign, focusing on community programs and organizations that provide support to people in the Clintonville area.

These groups serve people in need, strengthen families and provide healthy productive opportunities for area youth.

Programs and organizations to be funded by this year’s United Way Campaign include Goodfellows, Waupaca County Association for Retarded Citizens, AARP Free Computer Help, nIc Foundation, Clintonville Area Ambulance Service, Clintonville Neighborhood Watch, Play and Learn Preschool, Tiny Truckers Day Care Center, Clintonville Beat the Heat Youth Program, Bear Creek Youth League, Boy Scouts of America, Clintonville Area Swim Team, Clintonville Girls Softball, Navarino Nature Center, Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes, and the Clintonville Area Historical Society.

Citizens are being asked to consider a donation to help the United Way of Clintonville meet their 2014 campaign goal of $32,000. Three out of four Clintonville area residents directly benefit from at least one of the services or programs funded by the United Way.

Donations can be mailed to United Way of Clintonville and Vicinity, P.O. Box 116, Clintonville, WI 54929-0116.
