Winter parking restrictions in effect
The Clintonville Police Department reminds residents that winter parking regulations went into effect Friday, Nov. 1, and will continue through March 31, 2014.
Overnight parking on City Streets and alleyways for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2-6 a.m. is prohibited, per municipal code.
