Democrats shut down federal government

George Lorenz writes, “Congress should not harm the people it serves” and tries to pin the government shutdown on U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson.

Did Harry Reid ever allow a vote in the Senate? I don’t recall Sen. Johnson getting to vote on anything relevant.

The Democrats shut the government down because they did not pass any of the funding bills sent to them by the House. They didn’t even vote on them.

Talking about deliberate infliction of pain, how about Obama shutting down the White House tours.

He still found enough money for Air Force One to fly him all over giving a speech every day or going on his endless vacations.

How about the park services calling in extra help to go find fences to erect to stop people from walking on the mall or visiting the WWII Memorials.

Park rangers admitted they were instructed to make things as difficult as possible for tourists.

How about Obama putting millions out of work with his EPA war on coal, his Obamacare mandates, his refusal to allow the Keystone Pipeline construction, his moratorium on drilling?

Let’s talk about Fast and Furious and all the murders Obama and Eric Holder caused by sending 2,000 guns to Mexican drug gangs.

How about the pain of the families of the four staff killed in Libya because Obama and Hillary (Clinton) wouldn’t listen to requests for extra security?

Obama was told our embassy was under attack and went to bed so he could fly to a fundraiser out west the next day. He had his priorities.

Obama’s IRS, EPA, FBI and OSHA have all been used to bring pain and trouble to his political opponents and help him win the last election.

Obama ignores laws and grants amnesty to illegal immigrants. He doesn’t care that results in more U.S. citizens being unemployed.

They are just collateral damage.

Democrats in the Senate are just as bad. They pushed Obamacare through knowing millions of Americans would be kicked out of health plans they liked, and it would cost us all more, and they all lied about it. Period.
