Michael A. Kallas, 27, New London, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and one count each of felony and misdemeanor bail jumping.

On July 2, 2013, Kallas was charged in Outagamie County with burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. He was released on a $2,000 signature bond with the conditions that he not commit any crimes and maintain absolute sobriety.

On Jan. 11, a 911 caller reported Kallas was drinking alcohol and high on drugs.
