• Feb. 1 – Fraud in 800 block of W. Fulton Street, Waupaca.

• Feb. 1 – Tools stolen in E6600 block of County Road X, Weyauwega.

• Jan. 31 – Theft in E2300 block of Parfreyville Road, Waupaca.

• Jan. 31 – Theft in N7000 block of 32nd Street, Weyauwega.

• Jan. 30 – Harassment in E3100 block of Granite Quarry Road, Ogdensburg.

• Jan. 30 – Harassing text messages received in 300 block of E. Fourth Street, Manawa.

• Jan. 30 – Theft in 500 block of Mill Street, Waupaca.

Traffic

• Jan. 25 – Two passengers were injured in an accident at about 3 a.m. in the town of Waupaca.

Kessa Normand, 20, of Oshkosh, lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve on U.S. Highway 10. The car spun sideways, which caused it to overturn. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side in the median.

Injured in the incident were Brittney Ebben, 23, and Sophia Kromm, seven months, both of Oshkosh. Ebben had incapacitating injuries, while the infant had no apparent injuries.

According to the police report, Normand was traveling too fast for conditions.
