Weyauwega-Fremont’s girls’ basketball team came out on the short end of a 57-35 score Feb. 6 to Wittenberg-Birnamwood.
The host Chargers led 16-9 after one quarter, 28-19 at halftime and 39-26 after three quarters.
Karissa Akey led the Indians with 11 points.
W-F hosted Manawa Feb. 10 in a rescheduled game, hosted Bonduel Feb. 11 and will head to Stevens Point Pacelli Friday, Feb. 14, to face the Cardinals. The Indians will also host the Cardinals Monday, Feb. 17, another rescheduled game.
