Roe returns to court, again

Jeremy J. Roe, 41, Waupaca, was charged with felony bail jumping and operating a vehicle while revoked.

On Jan. 31, Deputy Tim Myers pulled over a pickup truck with a burnt-out taillight and a loud exhaust.

The driver, identified as Roe, had his license revoked for three years in February 2005 after a drunken driving conviction. He was revoked indefinitely in March 2010 after failing to comply with a court-ordered driver-safety plan.

On Feb. 6, 2013, Roe was charged with operating while revoked and released on a $500 signature bond with the condition he not operate a vehicle on a highway in the state of Wisconsin.

On June 17, Roe was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a switchblade knife, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. He was released on a $1,000 signature bond with the conditions he not commit any crimes and not operate a vehicle.

On Aug. 1, Roe was charged with operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. He was released on a $1,000 signature bond with the conditions he not commit any crimes and not operate a vehicle.

On Sept. 9, Roe was charged with operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. He was released on a $1,000 signature bond with the same conditions.

On Nov. 1, Roe was charged with a seventh drunken driving offense, operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. The court ordered a $5,000 cash bail and Roe remained in custody.

On Dec. 6, the court amended bail to $1,000 cash, and Roe was subsequently released from custody.
