Positive experience working with Steckbauer

Keith A. Steckbauer was recently appointed to serve as a Waupaca County judge, replacing retiring judge John Hoffmann on Branch II of the circuit court. He has grown in his knowledge and working of the Waupaca County area by actively participating on the boards for the New London Hospital, First State Bank and New London United Methodist Church.

I had the opportunity to work with Keith on the Board of Education for the New London School District, where he served as president. My experience in working with him was positive. He comes prepared, open to conversation, asks pertinent questions, and looks to see multiple sides of each issue.

He has genuine concern for others. He is able to listen to ideas, look for solutions, and after discussion and thought come to a resolution. His knowledge of the law will be missed on the board.
