Robert H. Besch, of Pearce/Sunsites, Arizona died at his home on March 19, 2014 at the age of 79.

He was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on May 13, 1934 to George J. Besch and Leona (Casperson) Besch. Robert worked as a soda pop bottler in Appleton, and in 1982 moved to Arizona where he was known in and around Sunsites for his availability to help anyone in need of a ride to the doctor or store; he had a heart of an evangelist and was a dedicated prayer warrior. He also did yard maintenance in Sunsites. Robert attended the Assembly of God Church.

On December 13, 1958 in Appleton, he married Bernice Weiss whom survives him. Also surviving are his children: Renee S. (James) Gardner of Waupaca, Wisconsin; Robert (Kerry) Besch of Shiocton, Wisconsin; Timothy G. (Kris) Besch of Baraboo, Wisconsin; Doree (Michael) Ramun of Poland, Ohio; Sheri (Michael) Wieters of Weyauwega, Wisconsin; April (Efrain) Alvarez of Pearce, Arizona and Ashleen (Robert) Loftin of Valley Mills, Texas. Robert is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, a brother Donald Besch, numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister and a granddaughter.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the First Assembly of God Church, 1420 Berlin St., Waupaca, WI. Interment will be in Spencer Lake Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Life Outreach International, Water for Life, P.O. Box 982000, Fort Worth, Texas 76182-8000. You may express condolences at www.westlawnchapelmortuary.com Services entrusted to Westlawn Chapel, Mortuary and Crematory of Willcox, Arizona.
