With the weather forecast not looking good for Friday, April 4, the electronics recycling event has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, in the Waupaca K-Mart parking lot.
The following items will be accepted free of charge: computers, servers, laptops, gaming systems, speaker systems, office phones/PBXs, cell phones, tablets, PDAs, keyboards, mice, cords, printers, copiers, radios, treadmills, microwaves and stoves.
A $5 fee will be charged for each CRT computer monitors, $10 each for televisions under 32 inches and $20 each for televisions ove 32 inches and wood consoles, $20 each for freon appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and dehumidifiers.
The event is sponsored by the city of Waupaca and the Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce.
