Waupaca man arrested, again

Jeremy J. Roe, 41, Waupaca, was charged with a felony for the eighth time in 10 months in Waupaca County.

On the afternoon of April 17, State Trooper Kendi Linjer pulled Roe over for a loud muffler on U.S. Highway 10 between Waupaca and Weyauwega.
Roe did not have a valid driver’s license at the time of his arrest, according to the criminal complaint.

Roe’s license was revoked for three years in February 2008 after he was convicted of a sixth drunken driving offense in Winnebago County. His license was revoked indefinitely for failing to comply with a court-ordered driver safety plan.

Among the eight criminal cases filed against Roe since June 2013, he was charged with 18 counts, including burglary, theft and bail jumping, in March. He was charged with operating after revocation and bail jumping in February. He was charged with a seventh drunken driving offense in November 2013.
