September 5, 1964 Bill married Benita “Be” Moy in Mondovi. Bill
worked 20 years in Mondovi as the Buffalo Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home
Administrator. In 1985, Bill and family moved to Waupaca where he became the
Administrator at Bethany Home for 20 years before retiring. He is a member of
Trinity Lutheran Church where he was active in the Men’s Choir. Bill was
formerly active in the Waupaca Rotary Club and the Waupaca Kiwanis Club. He
served on the Waupaca City Council for 20 years; 15 years as the president.

Bill is survived by his wife,
Benita “Be” Parker, Waupaca, WI; his children: Leah (Jon) Maves,
Amherst, WI and Brent (Val) Parker, Waupaca, WI; his two granddaughters: Karlee

in knowing he is at peace, no longer in pain, and with Jesus. He loved his
wife, family, and friends. Bill was generously blessed with the care he
received in the last hours of life both by the RMC medical staff and pastoral
partners who accompanied us through his final hours. We love you, Dad!
