Time Magazine recently published a list of the 100 most influential people in the world. On that list are one of the Koch Brothers and our own Gov. Scott Walker.
It is obvious that the Kochs should be included in that list, but not so with Walker. A better category for him would be one of the most influenced people. When outside interests and money drive decisions in Wisconsin, I call that being influenced.
