• Jason L. Gurholt, 33, Waupaca, was sentenced to 150 days in jail with 90 days stayed, assessed $2,548 in fines and court costs and his license revoked for 30 months for a fourth offense.
• Joseph P. Murphy, 44, Amherst, 110 days in jail, assessed $2,294, revoked 30 months for a third offense.
• Jerome P. Ashley, 54, Waupaca, 45 days in jail, assessed $1,711, revoked 27 months for a third offense.
• Gordon G. Williams, 48, Weyauwega, 80 days in jail with 30 days stayed, assessed $1,683, revoked 17 months for a second offense.
• Maria Fonseca, 55, Clintonville, 80 days in jail with 73 stayed, assessed $2,035, revoked 17 months for a second offense.
• Nicole L. Ordway, 33, Iola, 80 days in jail with 73 stayed, assessed $1,221, revoked 17 months for a second offense.
• Jason J. McCoy, 35, New London, 80 days in jail with 73 stayed, assessed $1,655, revoked 17 months for a second offense.
• Bradley P. Elandt, 45, Greenville, 80 days in jail with 73 stayed, assessed $1,648, revoked 15 months for a second offense.
• April L. Zimmerman, 32, Weyauwega, 90 days in jail with 83 stayed, assessed $1,655, revoked 16 months for a second offense.
• Sara L. Parker, 21, Weyauwega, assessed $761, revoked six months.
