The Weyauwega Fire Department’s 50th annual chicken barbecue was a sellout.
The event was held on Sunday, June 1, at the fire station.
The raffle winners are: Sue Prillwitz, $2,000; Helen Handrich, $1,000; Judy Wiesman, $500; Mary Werth, $300; Arnold Heise, $200; and Eugene Bartel, Cooper Leschke, Mike Pamperin, Aysia Ruelle and Carrie Rieck, $100 each.
The fire department appreciates the support of the community and looks forward to seeing area residents at its dance in August.
