The New London Parks and Recreation Kids Fishing Day coincided with Wisconsin’s Free Fishing Weekend, June 7-8.
Thirty-two families took part in the program with everyone catching at least one fish.
Each child received a free fishing pole and tackle box as part of the program.
Walleyes for Tomorrow collaborated with the city to host the event on the Wolf River.
