Chad M. Konitzer, age 29, of Manawa, died on Thursday, July 10, 2014 the result of a bicycle/automobile accident.
He was born on December 29, 1984 in Milwaukee, son of Steven and Karen (Thiel) Konitzer. Chad loved to walk, ride his bicycle and help out on his brother’s farm. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Waupaca.
He is survived by his mother Karen, Manawa; 3 brothers: Kevin, Kyle and Brett Konitzer, all of Manawa; he is further survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother Sean, sister Jessica, his father Steven, and his grandparents, Harold and Virginia Thiel and Robert and Joanne Konitzer.
The funeral service for Chad will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Waupaca (1500 Roman Road) with Rev. Joshua Haney officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery in Symco. A visitation for Chad will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa and directly at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
