A brick was thrown through the bedroom window of Clintonville Clerk-Treasurer Peggy Johnson’s house, Tuesday night, July 8.
Clintonville Police Chief Terry Lorge said Johnson reported the incident to the Clintonville Police Department after she came home from the Clintonville City Council meeting.
“We retrieved the brick and found the location that it came from but we’re still investigating who may have thrown it,” Lorge said.
Also that night, prior to being called back to the city council meeting, Lorge said he heard what sounded like a “loud thud” on the side of his house.
“I went outside and wasn’t able to find anything. I checked again the next morning and did not find anything, ” Lorge said.
