Violet May (Kissinger) Goodin died peacefully at home in Prescott Valley, AZ on June 27th, 2014 at the age of 86.
Violet was born on April 17th, 1928 in Waupaca, WI. She moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1962, continued working for the telephone company for 37 years, and retired in 1983. She moved to Prescott Valley in the 90’s. Vi was an avid walker, enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, bingo, volunteering, and traveling.
Preceded in death were her parents Irwin and Lillian Kissinger, sister Dorothy (Kissinger) Foster, and brother William Kissinger. She is survived by two daughters, Linda (Goodin) McGaugh of Portland, OR and Karen (Goodin) Moore of Logan, Utah; three grandchildren, Shane Moore of Sandy, Utah, Tatum Dotson of Portland, OR, and Autumn Purdum of Logan, Utah; and seven great grandchildren.
