Kathleen E. Kresl, age 56 years, of Clintonville passed away Thursday, September 18, 2014 at Appleton Medical Center.
Kathy was born on July 1, 1958 in Milwaukee to Delmer and Arlene (Guyer) Kresl. In 1972, her family moved to Marion where she graduated from high school in 1977. A few years later she and her mother settled in Clintonville. Kathy worked in Waupaca for some years. She enjoyed completing puzzles, reading mystery books, and camping, especially at Iola Pines Campground. Kathy always liked watching Packer games, being outdoors, and watching the birds and squirrels. She loved her niece and nephews, and spending time with family.
Survivors include her mother, Arlene Kresl of Clintonville, and two brothers, Mike (Anne) Kresl of Suamico and Steve (Amy) Kresl of Eagle River. There is one niece, Kendel Kresl, and three nephews, Jordan (Rylee), Chase, and Adam Kresl. She is further survived by a great niece, Thalia, and many other relatives and friends. Kathy is preceded in death by her father, Delmer “Del” in 1976.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 22nd at 3:00 p.m. at the Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Clintonville. Rev. Jill Meyer will officiate and inurnment will follow at Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
